Live chat + AI that
won't slow your site.
Answer visitors live, or let the AI handle it — from one shared inbox. Featherweight widget, zero tracking, up to 58x lighter than the bloated alternatives. Flat pricing, never per seat. The AI assistant is its own plan.
Your AI support team,
on every site you run
Real dashboard, real AI replies — it answers what it knows, hands off what it doesn't.
We tried every chat widget. They all had a price we didn't agree to pay.
Scripts that quietly called back. Cookies dropped before a visitor read a single word. Browser fingerprints shipped to databases you've never heard of. None of these tools asked. None of them told you. That's not a bug — that's the product.
Nobody should be tracked just for visiting a website. Your visitors aren't data points. So we built the tool we actually wanted to use.

Most chat tools lock you into their model. GhostChat doesn't — flip on the built-in AI chatbot in two minutes, or connect any LLM over a webhook.

Built-in AI chatbot powered by Claude Haiku. Add your FAQ knowledge base, write a short behavior prompt, and it answers visitor questions automatically — while you sleep. When it can't answer, it collects their email and notifies you. You can take over any conversation instantly from the dashboard.
