Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by law or under the terms of our reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.

Charged in error?

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge — email hello@plcsimulationsoftware.com and we’ll put it right.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us a fixed fee regardless of outcome, and emailing us is faster. If you disagree with a decision, escalate through support and we’ll work it out.
