This is a brief checklist outlining how to QA a build for release.

• Open index.html and go through all the documents. In each, verify all links, all version numbers, all images, and generally check that it looks up to date.
• Verify that the whatsnew document covers the latest version and all changes to it.
• Open the install guide and go through it, verifying all the steps. This includes running the tests.
• Start the web server and go through all the applications, checking that everything works, that all links are OK, and that all functions work.
• Run the unit tests
