This pull request updates the CI configuration in .ci.yaml by upgrading the Android SDK dependency to version 37v2 and the Android Virtual Device dependency to android_37_google_apis_x64.textpb across multiple test targets. Additionally, it updates the avd_cipd_version and corrects a typo in a comment. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.

Update the packages CI test runners to be on Android SDK 37. Updated to a newer AVD with SDK 37.
Picked a recent avd package from here and confirmed it contains sdk 37 by downloading the package and checking for the existence of:
