As a Boise based law firm, a targeted lead is very valuable. Not only were we able to track each phone call and lead back to each campaign initiative but our leads skyrocketed. Past agencies used to give us data with increases in ranking for huge lists of irrelevant keywords, Crevand is the only agency we have worked with that tracks leads and revenue growth. I hired Social Hustle expecting a strategic, high-level marketing partnership—but what I received was a deeply unprofessional and costly experience that harmed my business and wasted my time.First, they continuously mismanaged our ad campaigns—running ads to the wrong URLs, not properly tracking conversions, and making careless mistakes that cost me tens of thousands of dollars in ad spend. Despite spending over $15,000, there was little to no return on investment, and no solid explanation for why the campaigns failed to perform.Instead of owning these mistakes, they offloaded tasks that were clearly outlined in our agreement onto my internal team—putting an additional burden on us for responsibilities they were paid to handle. This showed a complete lack of accountability and integrity.Even more alarming, my TikTok ads account was banned under their management. I’ve never had that happen before, and their response was dismissive and vague. They left the account in limbo with no recovery plan or transparency, and when I expressed concern, their tone turned defensive and unprofessional.Communication throughout was inconsistent, dismissive, and at times, disrespectful. When I raised these concerns, instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution, they shut down all meaningful dialogue.This was not just a disappointing experience—it was a damaging one. I would not recommend Social Hustle to any serious business owner looking for reliable, competent marketing support. Protect your investment and partner with a team that values your brand as much as you do.

Very disappointing experience with Techshu. I recently spoke with their representative Rahul Sengupta, and the conversation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.Instead of understanding our SEO requirements, he was rude and even told us that we “can’t afford their budget”, without even sharing the actual cost.The tone of the conversation was offensive and not at all client-friendly. Is this how you generate leads and treat potential clients?Completely unacceptable. He didn’t take the time to understand what we actually wanted for our SEO strategy.Highly unprofessional behavior. I strongly recommend that no clients go with them based on this experience.

I'm Todd, reviewing on behalf of AllTerra Arms - a Boise rifle manufacturer. As one could imagine, firearms are a tough industry for successful digital advertising campaigns. We first met with Adam at SEO Idaho about a year and a half ago to discuss a potential SEO contract. Adam was candid with the realities we'd be up against given our line of work, and the fact that our SEO results would be hard-pressed to compare with other clients in 'normal' industries. He basically tried to talk us out of it for the sake of not wanting to take our money without having the utmost confidence in return potential. Meanwhile, other SEO providers we met with gave unrealistic sales pitches as if they just wanted our money - results be damned. Fast forward and we're now in our second year under contract with SEO Idaho. They've worked hard to overcome our limitations and the increased traffic over time has exceeded all expectations. 5 stars.

Hi everyone, I've tried several times to get a loan, but without success. When I do find one, they charge for things that sometimes don't exist, or they ask for money first to supposedly give me my Western Union code. The last one I tried is still active, and that person cost me more than my monthly salary. I also once had someone ask me for integration documents. So, I say to anyone who wants a loan and they ask for money, DON'T DO IT!!! The testimonials are also false.

In late 2023, I decided it was time to update my website for my in-home/online personal training business in Fort Collins. I was using the same iteration of that website since 2015, so it was way past time to do a refresh. The old website’s message is what drew people to contact me, but the site’s look was old and dated. I had been working with the same web designer since 2008, and he was a one-man show. I knew it was time to have an actual team that I could access to get more eyes and more ideas for the new website. I also wanted to find someone who was experienced in providing SEO services as well since that wasn’t my previous web guy’s forte.I wanted a local Fort Collins company to do my website instead of some national company that doesn’t know anything about Fort Collins. Enter SharpNET Solutions. They made the entire process so easy and seamless with getting my new website designed and up on the internet. My initial meeting was with the web designer, the director of web design, and an account manager. That was what I was looking for when I wanted a team! There were at least three people involved to give ideas and make sure the project moved forward. They listened to what I wanted to do with the website, offered their own ideas, and made sure I was happy with everything as we went through the process. The new website still conveys my original message that still gets me clients, but now it is also very professional-looking and extremely functional! It exceeded my expectations!After the website was done, we moved on to the SEO phase. Julia, my account manager, has been a godsend in that department. I get monthly reports from her detailing what keywords are being optimized and where the website ranks with those keywords. They also pursue new keywords every month that I didn’t even consider. In the last report, my website ranked #1 in 42 keywords and is in the top five positions for 72 keywords. That’s amazing!Julia is also VERY responsive to my questions and concerns. If something needs to be done, she jumps on it right away. There have been a few tweaks here and there on the website, and she is able to do that herself. Also, she is a great sounding board when I come up with an idea that may or may not work on the website, and we talk it through to see if that idea will work for what I am trying to accomplish. I am so glad that Julia is my account manager because she has simply been amazing to work with.If you are a business owner, I can’t recommend SharpNET enough for your website design and SEO needs.
