post processing on schema directive wiring afterr schema is build (#2082 
)

* Starting PR for post processing on schema directive wiring

* use correct changeNode method

* consider GraphQLTypeReference too

* consider schema description and schema directives when transforming schema

* Schema directive wiring now happens in the post processing step - not as each element is built

* We cant shortcut this

* Imports not used

* Reordered the schema callbacks to reflect the old days behavior

* Proper clean up
