Yes, on paid plans, and you should keep those backups. They cover your data but not the files your users upload or your server code, and they stay inside Supabase. ReviveDB keeps a copy of the whole project outside Supabase and checks every backup.

Yes, on every plan. Download your data from the dashboard as a standard Postgres backup file and restore it anywhere.

Possibly. Supabase counts the data a backup reads as outgoing traffic. If your project already uses most of its included allowance, backups can add to your Supabase bill.

No. The free plan covers one Supabase project up to 1 GB with a weekly backup, keeps the last three, and needs no card.
