Good ideas deserve great execution
We turn concepts into shipped products, with senior craft at every step. A great idea without execution is just a deck. We make it real, fast, and ready for users.
WHO WE ARE
We turn ideas into shipped products. Senior engineers, designers, and AI. One team, one repo, every Friday a working demo.
How we think
We turn concepts into shipped products, with senior craft at every step. A great idea without execution is just a deck. We make it real, fast, and ready for users.
Clarity in code comes from clarity in collaboration. Our process is transparent, structured, and AI-assisted, so teams stay aligned from kick-off to ship day.
Every decision is guided by real impact: for users, teams, the business. We don't bill features by the hour. We ship outcomes by the sprint.
Design, performance, and feel. Every detail decides whether users come back. We don't stop until each interaction earns its place in the product.
Shipping fast is easy. Shipping something that holds up, scales, and keeps earning its place six months later? That's the work.
Our mission is to help companies turn complex ideas into products that feel effortless to use and strong enough to grow. We bring senior design thinking, engineering precision, and real AI tooling into one team — so technology serves people, not the other way around.
We believe great products don't shout — they work. Our vision is a world where AI doesn't replace senior craft, it amplifies it — where small, focused teams ship the software that actually matters.
Our values
Technology only works when it serves people. Every screen, flow, and interaction starts with what users actually need. AI helps us explore three times more options before we commit.
Good collaboration is built on honesty. We commit to fixed time blocks, clear deliverables, and weekly demos. No surprises, no open invoices, just steady progress.
We take ownership of what we build. Senior people sign every PR. We hit our deadlines, and we stay with our clients well after launch.
Good ideas grow when curious people share knowledge. We test new AI tools every week, keep what works, drop the hype, pass the gains to clients.
The person on your kick-off call is the same one writing your code, drawing your screens, and shipping to production on Friday. No account managers translating. No junior crew learning on your dime. You get direct contact with the seniors doing the work.
Founders choose us because we think with them, not just for them. We turn vision into shipped product, not endless decks and demos.

Quick answers to what comes up on every first call — about AI, speed, scope, and how we work.
Managed Code is an AI-native product agency that builds complete software products for founders and product teams. The agency runs only with senior engineers and designers, working with AI as part of every workflow, so a small team can deliver what a traditional eight-person crew used to, in a fraction of the time.
Every project runs as a fixed time block with a clear deliverable at the end. The AI Dev Team works in weekly sprints, with a Friday demo every week. The AI Design Team works in two-week blocks, ending with a Figma file and prototype ready for engineering. The AI Product Team runs four-to-six-week blocks, ending with the product live in production. Clients see real progress every week, communication is async-friendly, and there are no open-ended invoices.
Managed Code is based in France, with our team of senior engineers, designers, and QA distributed across Europe. We are a fully remote agency, so the actual location of any given team member rarely affects how a project runs.
Managed Code is small on purpose. The agency runs with a crew of senior engineers, designers, and QA specialists, scaling up only when a specific project needs more hands. The deliberate cap on team size is what makes direct contact with the engineers and designers actually doing the work possible, without account managers in the middle or junior staff learning on a client's dime.
Yes. Managed Code has been a fully remote agency from day one. Clients collaborate through shared repositories, Slack or Teams channels, weekly demos, and async-friendly documentation, so timezones do not block the projects we take on.
Managed Code works with non-technical founders, CTOs and VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product in regulated industries, and IT or Operations Directors who have been asked to bring AI into the company. The four studio products (AI Design Team, AI Dev Team, AI Product Team, and AI Discovery) cover the main starting points: needing design, needing engineering, needing the whole product built, or needing a plan before any of it.
The core stack is .NET and C# on the backend, with Node.js where the use case calls for it. The frontend is React, Vue, Angular, or Blazor depending on the project. Mobile work runs on .NET MAUI, React Native, Flutter, or native iOS and Android. For AI, the studio works with Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Semantic Kernel, and the Microsoft Agent Framework, alongside custom RAG pipelines built per project.
Yes. Managed Code maintains an open source organization on GitHub at github.com/managedcode, where the team publishes libraries and tools used in the AI and .NET ecosystems.
