What Makes Us Unique

How They Do It:

These days, we see design firms that dial it in on your buck! They lean heavy on AI and create stale content.

we research

We dive deep into your organization to craft engaging posts that captivate your audience whether we’re exploring the rich history of pizza or uncovering the perfect latte-making techniques.

we pay attention

Your brand has a voice, a look, and a personality. We pay attention and make sure we’re consistently additing content that works for you.

we are flexible

We have clients who give us permission to run with it and we have clients who want to see everything before it is launched. We work out a system that works for you!

our consistency gets you noticed!

We see it time and time again, our social strategies get you noticed. They increase your brand recognition and increase your followers.

Here are a few examples of our work.

THE ORGANIZATION: Booked Authors is a service that curates author visits with schools, libraries, and groups. They have over 70 children’s authors in their portfolio and provide visits across the US. They had used social media limitedly in the past.

THE STRATEGY: The pandemic had a large impact on the business. Allyson (owner) wanted to extend her reach, engage librarians, and book more visits. A variety of posts are used monthly that feature authors, topics, blogs, and award-winning authors.

THE PLATFORMS: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest (paid ads)

THE RESULTS: With under $500 in total ad spend, Booked Authors achieved nearly 1 million impressions and thousands of engagements; proof that smart targeting and strong creative strategy can outperform budget limitations.

THE ORGANIZATION: The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is located in Elkhart County (Indiana) and covers 4,057 square miles with 109,342 citizens. They wanted their social media to be used to assist investigations, provide PSA announcements, and educate the public on the office.

THE STRATEGY:One of the most pressing needs for the Sheriff’s Office was support in their recruitment activities. The process to hire is complicated, and people get lost in the shuffle. Over time, the strategy has evolved. Their social media is used to help detectives identify people of interest, provide public service announcements, share good news (promotions, new hires, awards), and provide interaction with their community.

THE PLATFORMS: Facebook, Instagram and ECSO APP

THE RESULTS: Helped the US Marshals apprehend a fugitive in Texas! Increased followers by 20% (47K)

“The current hiring environment we’re facing post-2020 requires us to do things differently to be competitive. Write Connections helps us create a strategy and make it work.

– Jeff Siegel, Sheriff

THE ORGANIZATION: Antonio’s Italian Ristorante is a local family-owned restaurant in Elkhart, Indiana. They are known for their authentic Italian dishes and award-winning pizzas. When they began working with Write Connections in 2019, they had been managing their social media in-house. Their content was sporadic, and their brand was not consistent.

THE STRATEGY: Create a social media presence that was consistent and reliable. Post every day the restaurant is open, right before it opens, to get the attention of people leaving work or thinking about dinner. Provide a mixture of dishes and family images and push the “We feed you like family” motto.

THE PLATFORMS: Facebook, Instagram

THE RESULTS: Since we began working with Antonio’s, their followers have increased by 96% with Write Connections.  During the pandemic, Write Connections worked with the owners on messaging and strategy. It was important to communicate what the restaurant was doing to keep patrons safe and workers working. Sometimes the strategy changed daily.
