Does the zigpy-deconz (ConBee/RaspBee) radio library also need a similar fix to this #145 and zigpy/zigpy-zigate#146 as well? |

Probably yes, but I am not sure (and don't have the device to test). Do we have any issues reported by users? If yes, I can do it as well. |

deCONZ radios implement endpoint registration so they are not affected, probably just XBee. |

This PR fixes error on startup about endpoint 1 not being found. The error started to appear after zigpy/zigpy#1238
The PR registers zigpy endpoints on network start.
