MemoryPool v0.1.0

First release of the shared, persistent memory pool for AI agents around the
BIT ecosystem.

• CLI (memorypool): add / search / list / get / delete / tag / stats / serve,
  all subcommands support --json; piped stdin JSON overrides CLI args
  (BIT exec-mode contract).
• Scored keyword search: text-term hits, exact tag hits, importance weighting,
  exponential time decay (30-day half-life).
• JSONL storage at ~/.memorypool/memories.jsonl (MEMORYPOOL_DATA_DIR to
  override), append writes + atomic temp-file/rename mutations.
• HTTP server on 127.0.0.1:8751: REST API (/health, /mem,
  /mem/search, /mem/list, /mem/{id}), BIT Remote-tool /invoke
  (params.action = add/search/list/delete/stats), optional --token Bearer auth.

Download the archive for your platform, unpack, and put memorypool on your
PATH (checksums are produced by the release CI):
