Skill projects provide separate ChatGPT and Claude buttons. ChatGPT files bundle skills into plugins; Claude collections contain individual skill ZIPs to unpack and upload separately. Local Codex and Claude Code installs use the documented source folders. API keys, external subscriptions and model capabilities are not bundled.
- Preserve established skill behavior, names, references and upstream license notices.
- Build provider packages from maintained sources and verify ZIP integrity, paths and checksums.
- Distinguish package validation from actual account installation, clinical decisions and financial results.
- Group projects by the user's problem; keep existing repository URLs usable.
