Just as every project shows some recent tips given out to its contributors on its project page, the homepage of tip4commit should aggregate all of these lists into one global recent-tips list. Of course, there would be a reasonable limit on how many tips are displayed.
Most software projects that provide services to other projects indicate their activity on their homepage, or at least who's using them (see: Grunt's homepage, Coveralls' homepage, and even Cucumber's homepage), and I don't see why we shouldn't do this, too. If nothing else, it would be a fun way to add more of a human element to the homepage.
