New-style badge SVG #232

Description

@binwiederhier

The tip4commit badge still looks like the old style badges (with bevel). Services like Travis-CI, Readthedocs or Coveralls have all switched to new style badges. It'd be great if you could also adjust that.

Example:
https://api.travis-ci.org/syncany/syncany.svg

Other badges (from https://github.com/syncany/syncany):
2015031801 35 53_selection_001

I suggest the following design:
2015031801 29 52_selection_001

Which looks like this when zoomed in:
2015031801 29 27_selection_001

The SVG would look like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="119" height="20">
   <linearGradient id="a" x2="0" y2="100%">
      <stop offset="0" stop-color="#bbb" stop-opacity=".1" />
      <stop offset="1" stop-opacity=".1" />
   </linearGradient>
   <rect rx="3" width="119" height="20" fill="#555" />
   <rect rx="3" x="71" width="48" height="20" fill="#4c1" />
   <path fill="#4c1" d="M71 0h4v20h-4z" />
   <rect rx="3" width="119" height="20" fill="url(#a)" />
   <g fill="#fff" text-anchor="middle" font-family="DejaVu Sans,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif" font-size="11">
      <text x="35.5" y="15" fill="#010101" fill-opacity=".3">tip4commit</text>
      <text x="35.5" y="14">tip4commit</text>
      <text x="95" y="15" fill="#010101" fill-opacity=".3">0.99 cɃ</text>
      <text x="95" y="14">0.99 cɃ</text>
   </g>
</svg>

    I am not sure about using cɃ instead of Ƀ. It's not commonly used and it's even less understandable than Ƀ. @arsenische what do you think?

    Also, I think that we might show project's balance instead of the next tip size, since it's not always true that the next tip will be 1% of available balance.

    It would be great to switch to the new style.

    Oh, I like how it looks. cɃ is nice but I doubt it is understandable. Maybe use ƀ (bits) as proposed on the image below? Image of Yaktocat

    1 Ƀ = 1 000 000 ƀ

    I took that from this site:
    https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Units

    Isn't that one of the "official" bitcoin websites?!

    @OmgImAlexis

    Are there any updates on this? I've noticed on mobile the current badge is basically unreadable.
