🐛 Fixed

• AccessViolationException / storage corruption in SQLiteDistributedLock
  (upstream raisedapp#79). The lock's heartbeat timer ran on
  the caller's NoMutex (non-thread-safe) connection while the caller used it on
  another thread. The heartbeat now always runs on its own dedicated connection
  (pooled when available, otherwise a FullMutex connection to the same database),
  on every acquisition path — so the FullMutex workaround from the issue is no
  longer needed.

• Remediates CVE-2025-6965 (High, CVSS 7.2): replaces the vulnerable bundled SQLite
  engine (SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_green → lib.e_sqlite3 2.1.11, SQLite < 3.50.2) with the
  patched SourceGear SQLite 3.50.4. No public API changes.

✨ Added

• Read-only *_utc companion views exposing tick-stored timestamps as ISO-8601 UTC for ad-hoc SQL.
• Opt-in sliding invisibility timeout (UseSlidingInvisibilityTimeout) so long-running jobs
  aren't re-queued mid-run (raisedapp#75).
