Scope

[tool result] Agent-eval half of tangle-network/ops-board#1528. Export searchEstimateMethod from @tangle-network/agent-eval/campaign alongside the existing estimate-node exports. SearchEstimateMethod is already exported by the campaign barrel through search-ledger; preserve that canonical type rather than introduce a duplicate.

[tool result] The estimator implementation and thresholds are unchanged. No blueprint-agent changes are included.

Validation

[tool result] Reconstructed the campaign barrel from the pinned main revision and verified its original Git blob hash before making the one-line export change.

[absence] No package build, typecheck, Vitest run, or packed-package verification has run locally. The container cannot resolve GitHub or npm, and pnpm is not installed. This PR does not claim passing checks.

Not merging: the reviewer account (tangletools) authored this PR, and that account must never author PRs. If the change is wanted, a drewstone-authored PR must carry it. Reported to the operator for a decision (ops-board #1830).

Closing as superseded: #925 (e8ce672, merged 2026-10-03) already exports searchEstimateMethod from @tangle-network/agent-eval/campaign in the same barrel position (src/campaign/index.ts, the estimate-node export block), and #949 kept it. git merge-tree of this branch onto main (d657a5d) is a no-op for this line. ops-board#1528's agent-eval half is therefore on main; it ships in the next agent-eval release.
