I build the machinery that turns messy evidence into decisions people can trust.
- 15 years of national data and policy research. At the U.S. Federal Highway Administration I managed a $1.5M federal research portfolio as a certified Contracting Officer's Representative. At AARP's Public Policy Institute I led the Livability Index, which scores U.S. neighborhoods from 50+ data sources across 7 domains.
- Founder of QNFO, an independent research imprint. Its AI-assisted pipeline drafts, referees, revises and corrects papers, and every claim states its status.
- Current question: what does a correct computation really cost? I measure it as energy per correct answer (the JPCUB benchmark).
Earlier work is published under Brad Gudzinas.

Every QNFO paper is prepared with an AI-assisted research pipeline, and I am responsible for its content. Each paper states its claim, how it could be tested, and its status: hypothesis, estimate, tested or retracted. Corrections are published, not hidden.
