Unslop is an agent skill for editing AI-sounding prose into clear, specific, human writing. It removes stock phrases, inflated language, repetitive structures, formatting habits, and chatbot residue while preserving the author's meaning and intended voice.
The skill is designed for editing existing copy: articles, emails, documentation, reports, social posts, and other prose. It does not invent personal stories or unsupported opinions just to make writing feel more human.
Invoke the skill as $unslop and provide the draft plus any tone or audience requirements.

To install it, clone or copy this repository into the skills directory used by your agent. The repository root is the skill folder and contains the required SKILL.md file.

This community edition adapts Lauren Tan's unslop skill from the Cursor plugins repository. The editing contract and portability changes in this repository are modifications by the repository maintainer.
