Add queries for new industry energetic bar chart - #3495

Context

The industry energetic demand per sub sector per carrier chart is a mekko but is restructured here to a bar chart.

Implemented changes

I had AI make the following changes and then revised myself.

• The mekko referred directly to the general queries. For the bar chart, new queries have been added.
• There are still some decisions to make for ETModel, which is why I've set it as a draft PR.
• The mekko included a surplus heat query, which has recently been removed from final demand. It is now removed from the chart as well.

Discussion points

I have reviewed the results and there are a couple of decisions left to make:

• It seems like some carriers are missing. At least ammonia, perhaps methanol and others as well. We should add these I think? This already goes to show that the mekko was not so legible, since the missing carriers were never flagged.
• Should we add a simple MT spec for this chart to ensure that all industry final demand is included? Then we would catch missing carriers in the future.
