  • README.md section now explains the activity-update workflow and editing boundaries
  • Skills section clarifies the installation source and lock file management
  • Agent docs section provides direct references to relevant documentation files with context about their purpose
• Created AGENTS.md as a pointer file to CLAUDE.md
