This change was made to support the increase in STDIO based services.
We introduce StreamTranpsort as a bases for all future Stream based
transports and can be used with webstreams.

Additionally we added a message framing utility class to allow us to
support newline delimited and LSP based content-length delimited
data streams.

One note about symettry, we do not export the stdio transport on
browsers.

If you managed to close before connect completed, you could silent
fail. This change prevents this from happening and additionally
calling connect, while connecting.

This would manifest in leaked resources while closed and an unexpected
crash if you connected twice.
