Search Console, przeczytany porządnie pierwszy raz: z 78 zapytań i 132 wyświetleń dokładnie jedno dotyczy wyłączenia Basic auth w Microsoft 365. Jedno, na pozycji 42.

O czym Google nas pokazuje Wyświetlenia
IIS / Windows SMTP 49
Drukarki 44
Ogólna konfiguracja SMTP 34
Postfix / Linux 5
Wydarzenie, wokół którego zbudowano cały projekt 1

To warto powiedzieć wprost, zamiast tłumaczyć.

A TROUBLESHOOTING.html — 85 wyświetleń, trzecia strona serwisu — wspominała o grudniu 2026 zero razy i nie linkowała do żadnej z siedemnastu stron błędów.

Search Console, read properly for the first time: of seventy-eight queries and
one hundred and thirty-two impressions, exactly one relates to the Microsoft
365 Basic auth shutdown. One, at position 42.

Google shows this site for IIS and Windows SMTP (49 impressions), printers
(44), general SMTP setup (34) and Postfix (5). For the event the entire project
was built around: one.

That is worth stating plainly rather than explaining away. Either the demand has
not arrived - the shutdown is four months out - or we do not rank for it. This
data cannot tell the two apart. What it does say without ambiguity is who
actually arrives today: people setting up SMTP on Windows and on printers, not
people hit by the deadline.

Which makes the pages that do get traffic the only place the December message
can reach anybody, and TROUBLESHOOTING.html - eighty-five impressions, third
largest on the site - mentioned December 2026 zero times and linked to none of
the seventeen error pages. Somebody lands there from "smtp port 587 not
working", reads about cloud providers blocking ports, and leaves without ever
learning that in December their authentication stops working whatever the port
is doing.

Its "Authentication failed" section was about this relay's own credentials
only. There was no path at all for the far more common case where the server
refusing you is Microsoft's.

The new section says which refusal is which, gives the one command that
answers it, and is explicit that three of the four causes are still reversible -
because somebody arriving in a hurry is exactly who gets told to migrate when a
setting would have done.
