.pr-body.md is a coordinator working file. It was untracked at the start of the session and a `git add -A` swept it into the commit that restored npx zerosmtp-check to the docs, so it has been sitting in the public repository since. Found by an HR review of the coordinator seat rather than by anybody reading the repository, which is the only reason it is being removed today rather than in a month. It is the third `git add -A` failure in one day. The first pulled 188 lines of other agents' pending work into a commit about adopting a style guide whose third principle is to touch only what you must; that one was split before it was pushed. The second overwrote a good issue-template config with a worse one; reverted before commit. This one was not caught by either, because nothing was looking. Gitignored so the same convenience cannot put it back.
