Summary

Add an optional hunk.id field to extension manifests for single-entry extensions and index fallbacks.

Problem

Extension identity currently defaults to the checkout directory basename. When developing an extension locally (for example via Worktrunk worktrees) alongside an installed copy, Hunk can load the extension twice under distinct IDs. This causes duplicate panes, conflicting keybindings, and failure to resolve extension configuration sections like [extension.hunk-guide].

Solution

  • Allow manifests to specify an explicit hunk.id.
  • Centrally validate identifiers; reject reserved or malformed IDs.
  • Preserve backward compatibility: when hunk.id is omitted, fall back to directory basename. Multi-entry manifests remain unchanged.
  • Ensure explicit --extension flags take precedence over installed extensions so local development checkouts win reliably.

Tested against extension discovery and host loading behavior.
