Test deploying from Travis/Appveyor to GH releases

* Zip up exes and deploy that
* Another try
* Almost working, just needs sdl2 and stripped paths
* Use APT addons instead of apt-get, so sdl2 works
* pkzip -> p7zip
* Fix some warnings, remove sdl_opengl_glext include
* Build SDL2 2.0.5 on Linux, since trusty is too old
* Don't use C++ style for loop declaration in C

Render using OpenGL instead of SDL renderer
