Bump the hard-coded Azure Ubuntu 24.04 (noble) node images to the latest available, aligning CI with kOps channels update kubernetes/kops#18501: amd64 24.04.202606120, arm64 24.04.202606110.

Bump the hard-coded Azure Ubuntu 24.04 (noble) node images to the latest available, aligning CI with kOps channels update kubernetes/kops#18501: amd64 24.04.202606120, arm64 24.04.202606110.

The AWS/GCE noble/jammy pins were already refreshed on master by kubernetes#37301; Azure is hard-coded in helpers.py (not cloud-queried), so it is bumped in source and regenerated.

idea for a followup: if we dont want the python script to make the azure api call, we could have it fetch the azure ubuntu images from the public kops channels file.

@hakman: Updated the job-config configmap in namespace default at cluster test-infra-trusted using the following files:

  • key kops-periodics-conformance.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes/kops/kops-periodics-conformance.yaml
  • key kops-periodics-gossip.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes/kops/kops-periodics-gossip.yaml
  • key kops-periodics-network-plugins.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes/kops/kops-periodics-network-plugins.yaml
