Prepare the OLM bundle metadata for listing on OperatorHub.io. - Add required OperatorHub annotations: category, containerImage, repository, support, and maintainers - Bump capability level to "Seamless Upgrades" - Replace spec.description with a rich Markdown description covering features and prerequisites - Inject the project logo into the generated CSV at bundle generation time via hack/bundle.sh - Remove sample CRs from bundle/manifests after generation; they are already captured in the alm-examples annotation and should not be installed as standalone resources

If we are to submit this bundle for OperatorHub.io, then i think we should follow the guidelines as described in the docs/packaging-required-fields.md
