Adds rn-find to Development Tools › Testing.
rn-find is a zero-dependency CLI that finds and taps React Native elements by their visible text, through the Hermes inspector Metro already exposes — no testIDs, no in-app SDK, no MCP server. It reads the React fiber tree over CDP, so it locates elements the accessibility tree misses (custom tab bars, bottom sheets), and works on both the old and New (Fabric/Bridgeless) architectures.
