44 typed components (atoms, molecules, organisms) for React Native and Expo.

Why it clears the bar in CONTRIBUTING.md:

  • Zero runtime dependencies. dependencies is empty; react,
react-native and react-native-safe-area-context are the only peers.
No babel config, no metro config, no pods.
  • Expo SDK 54, 55, 56 and 57 all verified in CI — the whole range, not
just the newest. Each SDK gets its own job running tsc plus the full
test suite against that exact react-native/react pair. Bare React
    Native >= 0.81 too.
  • New Architecture compatible — there is no native code at all, so it
also runs inside Expo Go on every one of those SDKs.
  • 464 tests with a 90%/85% lines/branches coverage gate, and WCAG AA
    contrast enforced by tests.
  • Agent-friendly, which is the part I think is genuinely novel: it ships
AGENTS.md and llms.txt inside the npm tarball, so
node_modules/orn-ui/AGENTS.md is readable offline by a coding agent with
    no network call.
  • npx orn-ui add <component> copies the real .tsx source into your repo
if you would rather own the code than take the dependency.

MIT. ~1.4k downloads/month — modest, so I am leaning on the "exceptionally
novel" half of the bar rather than claiming adoption I do not have.

Disclosure: this is my own library.
