Summary

Adds a README widget testing example for OfflineBuilder that shows how to inject fake connectivity and network info services with OfflineBuilder.initialize, then pump past the debounce duration before using finders.

Addresses #41.

Validation

  • Not run locally: dart and flutter commands are not installed in this environment.
  • Verified the diff is README-only.
