Project Description

Biscuit Protector is an unnecessarily advanced security system designed to protect biscuits from unauthorized snack attacks.

It detects when someone tries to grab the biscuits using an ultrasonic sensor, sounds an alarm, displays the status on the OLED, and sends a notification to the user's phone through the connected application.

The Problem (that doesn't exist)

People keep stealing biscuits.

Friends, roommates, classmates, and even family members can become potential biscuit thieves when nobody is watching.

Clearly, this extremely serious problem required an unnecessarily complicated technological solution.

The Solution (that nobody asked for)

We built Biscuit Protector — a security system dedicated to protecting a biscuit box as if it contained classified government documents.

The ultrasonic sensor monitors the area around the biscuit box. When someone gets close enough to attempt a biscuit theft, the system detects the suspicious activity, triggers an alarm, updates the OLED display, and signals the user's phone.

Because apparently hiding the biscuits was not secure enough.
