This pull request updates the repository configuration and documentation to reflect the migration of the Material and Cupertino design libraries to separate packages (material_ui and cupertino_ui) with updated labels (p: material_ui and p: cupertino_ui). Since packages/material_ui and packages/cupertino_ui are directories in the flutter/packages repository, the URLs should use /tree/main/ instead of /blob/main/ to correctly link to them on GitHub.

There is an extra trailing + at the end of the URL query string (draft%3Afalse+). Removing it keeps the URL clean and prevents any potential query parsing issues.

Just FYI, I kept the old f: material design and f: cupertino in the search strings for now. It will take a while for GitHub to reflect the bulk update to p: material_ui and p: cupertino_ui
