TLS: make --insecure option actually work without custom certificates

As #116 points out, the flag is not really working at the moment, if
you don't provide custom client certificates.

This commit is doing mostly the same as #116, but I also cleared up
some stuff, while we're at it.

Hope Github correctly shows the co-authorship.

fasthttp client: set HTTP method after copying the headers

As mentioned in #110, setting method before copying the headers results
in default (GET) method being used.

README: don't mention go version in README

I forget to update it way too frequently.

clients.go: change implementation to send Host header correctly

Turns out there is a way to send Host header correctly with fasthttp.
This commit also adds a bunch of tests to improve coverage.

Bump commit date for v1.2 tag, so that people don't get confused
about which version is latest as seen in #36.
