Summary

Fixes #357.

  • Replace CircleCI + Travis CI with a single GitHub Actions workflow (~11 jobs, down from 42)
  • Modernize test matrix: Clojure {1.11, 1.12} × JDK {17, 21, 25} for cloverage; JDK {17, 21, 25} for lein-cloverage
  • Bump dependencies: tools.reader 1.5.2, data.json 2.5.1, data.xml 0.2.0-alpha9
  • Drop old Clojure/JDK support: remove 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 profiles and JDK 8/11
  • Remove kibit (unmaintained) from both subprojects
  • Align linter versions: lein-cloverage now uses cljfmt 0.13.0, clj-kondo 2024.09.27, eastwood in its own profile
  • Delete dead CI artifacts: .circleci/, .travis.yml, .travis.profiles.clj, deploy.sh

Test plan

  • GitHub Actions CI runs green on this PR (all ~11 jobs)
  • Verify cloverage tests pass on Clojure 1.11 and 1.12 across JDK 17/21/25
  • Verify lein-cloverage tests pass across JDK 17/21/25
  • Verify linters (cljfmt, eastwood, clj-kondo) pass
  • Verify babashka tests pass
  • All linters and tests pass locally (verified before submission)

Use babashka dev build for bb tests

The setup-clojure action only supports stable bb releases, but the
cloverage bb tests require a dev build (matching the old CircleCI
config). Install via the official babashka install script instead.
