The Python package is annotated and checked with pyright in strict mode (
pyrightconfig.json), but the wheel has nopy.typedmarker, so downstream type checkers ignore those annotations and pyright reportsStub file not found for "autoevals"underreportMissingTypeStubs.This adds the empty
py/autoevals/py.typedmarker and includes it viaMANIFEST.in(the package usesinclude-package-data, which reads the manifest). Verified: a wheel built from this branch containsautoevals/py.typed.
