Loops that initialize raw array elements can still cause false borrow conflicts and very slow borrow checking when their contents are mutated later. Track initialization certificates through structural paths and call summaries, and preserve the proved contents through subsequent writes.
Certificates cover only in-bounds, initialized members. Enum observations retain their full path in the caller's scope. Builds on #1756.
