Make the integration tests pass with JDK 26.

  • Add Java 26 to the CI matrix (full-build and integration-tests jobs)
  • Bump gmavenplus-plugin to 4.3.1 in the mng-7045 IT
  • Upgrade Groovy dependencies to 4.0.33 in the mng-7045 IT
  • Regenerate the test keystores for mng-2305 and mng-4428 with RSA 2048 / SHA256withRSA
(the old ones used 1024-bit RSA keys signed with MD5withRSA / SHA1withRSA, which newer JDKs reject or flag as weak)

A similar change was done in maven-integration-testing: apache/maven-integration-testing@aa95c2c

Clean, low-risk chore — follows the established JDK version bump pattern (same author did JDK 25 in #11177).

Verified:

  • Both CI matrix entries (full-build + integration-tests) updated
  • Keystores regenerated with RSA 2048 / SHA256withRSA (the only two in the repo)
  • gmavenplus 4.3.1 + Groovy 4.0.33 bumps confined to the single IT that uses them (mng-7045)
  • MavenIT0009GoalConfigurationTest Windows exclusion already uses >= 25, so JDK 26 is covered

matrix:
os: [ubuntu-latest, macos-latest, windows-latest]
java: ['17', '21', '25']
java: ['17', '21', '25', '26']

To think about matrix ... maybe 17, 25 and 26 will be ok also here

first and last LTS, and last supported build

@gnodet, @cstamas what do you think?

Why 26 and not 27?

uff. Was just wondering that after a month of 27 we upgrade to 26. Didn't think that spotless is so far behind
