Show category totals and delete empty categories - #47

Each category card lists how many products it holds, the sum of their base prices, the stock on hand, and the product sold most often. An empty category can be deleted from the card footer. CreateCategory builds the Category and passes that entity to save, along with the chosen image file. The repository stores the row and no longer assigns the id. Co-authored-by: grok-by-xai[bot] <261865991+grok-by-xai[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
