Cover the main screens with Playwright - #46

An order line whose quantity is not above zero is rejected, and the save confirmation keeps its own toast when stock runs low. The UI suite creates and edits products, filters and disables them, sells with the ticket question, and opens an order from the list. Playwright now walks the basic product, category, and order screens. Creating a category is its own test. Products cover create, edit, search, low stock, category, and disable. Scanning a disabled barcode on a new order enables that product again. Orders cover quantity edits, the ticket question, the list, and the read-only detail.
Saving an order with a line quantity of 0 is rejected. The line stays so it can be corrected. The order-saved toast and the low-stock toast use different ids, so both stay on screen when a sale crosses the minimum.
