I build open-source agent tools in public. These are the three projects I am actively working on right now. They are different kinds of projects, and none of them is a finished monument: feature requests, experiments, documentation, fixes, and pull requests are welcome.
01 / TaskChad OS
An identity-first cognitive agent operating system: persistent memory, multi-channel ingress, Operating Room orchestration, approval-aware delegation, and desktop control surfaces. TaskChad OS is where agents become a durable operating environment instead of another disposable chat window.

02 / geo-skills
Twenty-nine free Agent Skills plus an installable CLI for Generative Engine
Optimization, AI-search visibility, citability, crawler access, live-data prompt
packs, and owner-intent mapping. Built for Claude Code, Codex, and other agents
that read SKILL.md.
python -m pip install geoskills03 / Hermes Talk
Hermes Talk is a plug-in for Hermes Agent, not another agent OS. It makes realtime voice an orchestration surface: talk naturally while Hermes uses tools, searches memory, delegates concurrent work, accepts interruption, and reports completed runs back out loud across terminal, dashboard, and Discord. I think that interaction model is game-changing, and I am actively developing it.
hermes plugins install TheSmokeDev/hermes-talk --enable
python -m pip install "hermes-talk[audio]"
hermes talkTaskChad OS → identity, memory, orchestration, control plane
geo-skills → GEO research, AI-search visibility, citation growth
Hermes Talk → realtime voice, tool use, delegation, operator feedback
Different surfaces, same doctrine: persistent context, inspectable commands, approval boundaries, deterministic gates, and receipts that distinguish local output from pushed, deployed, indexed, or cited reality.
All three are being built in public as community projects. If something is missing, open a feature request. If you have a better implementation, send a pull request. Ideas, bug reports, documentation, integrations, experiments, and new contributors are welcome.
