The new base class `Simulable` is implemented by `Pattern`, `StandardizedPattern`, `OpenGraph`, `PauliFlow`, and `XZCorrections`. The `simulate` method runs the simulation on a pattern derived from the object, applying usual optimization passes by default. Optimizations can be disabled by passing `optimized=False`.
