I build systems and prototypes around a recurring business problem:
How do organizations turn new technology into operating capability without losing control of execution?
My background spans operations, risk, EHS, AI strategy, supply chain, and enterprise transformation. These repositories are public experiments in how organizations can structure decisions, workflows, controls, and accountability when technology becomes part of the operating model.
The goal is not to build a catalog of production products. It is to explore how complex programs can move from concept to implementation with clear ownership, reliable evidence, and practical governance.
- Enterprise AI implementation and governance
- Program and operating model design
- Decision systems and workflow automation
- Risk, controls, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms
- Supply chain and enterprise operations
- Agent-enabled business processes
- Technical prototypes for regulated and high-consequence environments
A self-hosted EHS operating system covering incidents, CAPA, audits, and operational metrics.
The project explores how AI can support business workflows while keeping final decisions and record closure under human control.
A governance layer for agent tool use built around policy gates, authorization, and verifiable execution receipts.
The broader question: how should organizations control autonomous systems when agents begin taking actions inside enterprise workflows?
A simulated company environment for testing how work, approvals, escalation, and governance interact.
The project explores operating mechanisms for organizations that increasingly rely on AI-supported decision making.
A multi-tenant HR system used as a test environment for agent governance, workflow controls, and evidence generation.
A supervisory financial-compliance prototype combining event processing, policy controls, and immutable audit records.
Healthcare prototypes exploring consent, interoperability, policy enforcement, and structured clinical data.
The domains change, but the operating problem is similar:
- Define the objective.
- Identify the constraints.
- Establish ownership.
- Design the operating mechanism.
- Build the control structure.
- Test whether the system works under pressure.
That is the same approach I use in program strategy and enterprise transformation.
I am particularly interested in programs where technology changes how organizations make decisions, allocate resources, manage risk, and operate at scale.
Program strategy, enterprise operations, AI-enabled transformation, and the systems required to move complex initiatives from concept to implementation.
