Yes, all the info in those caches is public. The advantage of committing them is it's much easier to see/track what gets added to the remote repository sources, and check that it's getting updated correctly in the equivalent repository entry on v2dev, before making the changes on v2 live. This branch doesn't need to be merged in every time there's a change. |

Uses these cached lists to check whether the corresponding OSBv2 repo existes and can add it if necessary (or just update to latest metadata)
