- VS2017 seems to have an conformance issue with Sol3's code
- Update SFML version to 2.5.1 instead of 2.5.0

Build failed on my Appveyor instance, but it failed for a different reason. Maybe VS 2017 is simply too old... |
- VS2017 seems to have an conformance issue with Sol's code - Use VS2019 for the Appveyor build - Update SFML version to 2.5.1 instead of 2.5.0 - Update CMake version for Travis builds
