- .dockerignore: use **/.env pattern to exclude env files in all packages
- Dockerfile: add VITE_SNAP_ID and VITE_ENABLE_NON_CUSTODIAL placeholders
- entrypoint: use ${VAR:-} to safely handle unset vars with set -u
- entrypoint: include *.map files in sed replacement (sourcemap alignment)
