-     - mv AppDir/lib/ AppDir/usr/

It's not follows the same code as in the example file:

https://github.com/AppImageCrafters/appimage-builder-flutter-example/blob/main/AppImageBuilder.yml

With this line, the appimage brings this error:

w3teal@fedora:~/Projects/Flutter/cetakeero$ ./cetakeero-latest-x86_64.AppImage
embedder.cc (1731): 'FlutterEngineCreateAOTData' returned 'kInvalidArguments'. Invalid ELF path specified.

** (com.example.cetakeero:27719): WARNING **: 15:59:03.807: Failed to start Flutter engine: Failed to create AOT data

Without this line, the appimage works perfectly:

w3teal@fedora:~/Projects/Flutter/cetakeero$ ./cetakeero-latest-x86_64.AppImage
[IMPORTANT:flutter/shell/platform/embedder/embedder_surface_gl_impeller.cc(126)] Using the Impeller rendering backend (OpenGLESSDF).
