How we work
We handle delivery. You stay in control.
Our senior engineers use the Deployment.io platform to coordinate AI agents from specification to production. We own delivery. Your team sets priorities, makes key decisions, and approves production.
Who you’re working with
Experienced engineers. Accountable for delivery.
Our engineers use the Deployment.io platform to plan the work, direct AI agents, review changes, and manage deployment. You know who’s leading your project from the start.
Our team brings engineering experience from
The split
What you provide. What we handle.
You provide
- Repository access and a cloud account for the runner
- The specification, target date, and acceptance criteria
- Someone who can approve architecture and production changes
- A point of contact for product and technical decisions
We handle
- The plan and the dependency order across repositories
- The coding agents, the models, and the execution environment
- Verification against your build and tests, and the evidence
- The rollout, watching it land, and the rollback if one is needed
Visibility
You watch it happen
Your engineers and stakeholders get accounts in your own Deployment.io dashboard: the plan, every Task, each check, the deploy request, and the activity trail.
Your team can review progress without operating the platform. We agree on check-ins and flag decisions or blockers that need your input.
Continuity
Your code and infrastructure remain yours
Your repositories and deployed infrastructure remain in your accounts. The runner executes in your cloud; job state, logs, and metadata flow to the Deployment.io control plane.
We agree on documentation, support coverage, and handover before delivery begins. When an engagement ends, we coordinate access removal and the agreed handover with your team.
How the security model worksGetting started
Agree on the work. Set up delivery.
We establish scope, access, and responsibilities before implementation. The schedule accounts for your systems and the decisions your team needs to make.
01
Define the project
Share your specification or technical objective. Together we agree on deliverables, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and dependencies.
02
Agree on the engagement
Review the delivery plan, timeline, fixed price, payment milestones, and support terms. Name the people who will make decisions and approve production.
03
Connect your systems
Provide scoped repository and cloud access. We set up the runner, establish system context, and confirm the review and release workflow.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the work run?
The runner executes in your cloud. Job state, logs, and metadata flow to the control plane. Agents call your configured AI provider; provider credentials are encrypted at rest and supplied to the runner at execution time.
Who actually writes the code?
Coding agents that we operate do the implementation. A named engineer plans the work, directs the agents, and reviews what ships, and no change counts as done until it passes your build and your tests. Scope, timeline, and price are agreed before delivery begins. Explore the delivery platform.
Who approves production?
Your designated reviewer approves production for Managed delivery. We agree on the reviewer and release process during scoping. Platform approval policies are configurable; we set them to match the agreed process.
What can we see while it runs?
Your engineers and stakeholders get accounts in your Deployment.io dashboard, where they can follow the plan, the Tasks, each check, deployment requests, and the activity trail as the work runs.
What happens if the engagement ends?
Your repositories and deployed infrastructure remain in your accounts. We agree on documentation, access removal, and any required handover as part of the engagement.
How does onboarding work?
We connect the relevant repositories, install the runner, and build context about your systems. The delivery schedule accounts for onboarding, access, dependencies, and the scope agreed in your proposal.
What's the cadence?
We agree on priorities and a communication cadence for your project. Updates cover completed work, upcoming work, and decisions or blockers that need your input.
How long is the engagement?
Start with one scoped project. The timeline is agreed in your proposal. After delivery, you can commission another project or agree an ongoing engagement.
