Along with my partners, Joseph Seremet and Joshua Cummings, we founded LIF to solve a specific problem: too many successful Louisiana companies are sold to out-of-state buyers, taking their headquarters, decision-making, and jobs with them. LIF is a lower middle-market private equity fund designed to be the "in-state partner" for founders who want to scale or transition their business while preserving their local legacy. CMS expanded payment rules in 2026 and made virtual supervision permanent, while most insurers also support it. With clearer regulations and proven value, RPM is now a standard part of care rather than a pilot.
