Our tech team spent the day at the AWS Summit. 💫 The thing that stuck with them most wasn't a specific tool or announcement. It was how much the conversation has changed. A year ago everyone was talking about cutting costs and optimising cloud spend. This time the room was full of people asking how to actually build with AI. The shift they kept coming back to: it's not about finding the best AI model anymore. The real breakthrough is all about orchestration, knowing how to connect and coordinate different types of AI to solve messy, real-world problems in day-to-day operations. 🌐 A few things they're still thinking about: ➜ From single models to orchestration: True impact comes from making different specialised AIs and data architectures talk to each other to simplify human workflows. ➜ From interface design to decision systems: It's less about the interface people see and more about the logic running underneath it. ➜ Human sensitivity at the core: The hard part isn't deploying AI, it's knowing how to connect it effectively so it actually makes life easier for people. We’re looking for an Architecture Intern to join our Design & Strategy team in Madrid. We’re opening an internship spot for someone studying or recently graduated in architecture, with curiosity, spatial sensitivity, and the willingness to learn by doing.

 Someone interested in how environments influence behavior, collaboration, learning, and decision-making. Someone curious about how spatial thinking can help make complex ideas, systems, and opportunities easier to understand.

You’ll join multidisciplinary teams working across research, strategy, experience design, product, and service design. You’ll support live client projects, contribute to research and synthesis, help structure ideas, build visual narratives, explore spatial and experiential concepts, and translate complexity into clear outputs.
 What we’re looking for: → A recent graduate in Architecture, or a final-year architecture student eligible for an internship agreement
 → Strong spatial thinking and visual sensitivity
 → Interest in strategy, innovation, and experience design
 → Ability to move from research and references into concepts, narratives, layouts, and visualizations
 → Clear communication, attention to detail, and good visual judgment
 → A proactive attitude: someone who brings questions, observations, and ideas to the table
 → Openness to feedback and collaboration across disciplines
 → C1 English

We’re hiring a Design Intern in Madrid. We’re looking for someone with curiosity, design sensitivity and the willingness to learn by doing. Someone comfortable moving between research, ideas, screens, conversations and feedback. Someone who is still building their craft, but already cares about the thinking behind it.
 At Propelland, design interns are not kept on the sidelines.
 You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, research, product, service and experience design. You’ll support live client projects, contribute to research and synthesis, explore concepts, build prototypes and help turn ideas into clear design decisions.
 What we’re looking for: → A design student, currently enrolled in a program that allows an internship agreement
 → Curiosity, visual sensitivity and care for detail
 → Interest in how products, services and experiences are shaped
 → Awareness of design and technology trends
 → A proactive attitude: someone willing to ask questions, propose ideas and learn by doing
 → Clear thinking, simple communication and openness to feedback
 → C1 English
 → Figma experience is welcome!

 Cuerva set out to make energy more accessible and transparent for everyday users. Our role was to translate that ambition into a seamless experience. It’s not just about information, it’s about interaction. We developed a physical-digital "living lab" in public spaces designed to:

 - Explain smart grids through familiar environments
 - Bridge the gap between technology and people of all ages
 - Turn complex data into an intuitive, hands-on exploration
