Helping Kids Empire scale faster with a headless CMS 🍧 Kids Empire (USA), a rapidly growing indoor family entertainment brand, needed a website that could keep pace with its expansion. Their React/Next.js site was fast, but every content update required a developer. We've rebuilt the site on Payload, giving the marketing team full independence to publish any content without compromising performance or SEO rankings. Content editing is hard with the wrong tools. That's why you shouldn't be stuck on legacy CMS software (like WordPress). But even the modern platforms don't check every box. One of those gaps is visual editing with click-to-edit. Sanity, Storyblok, and other headless CMS products have already solved it, but it's still the problem for Payload. Music makers, hello-o! We want to show you one of our business cases, the new Lunacy Audio (USA) platform. We’ve rebuilt the site from a legacy WordPress stack into a fully headless, future-ready ecosystem powered by our fav Next.js and Payload CMS, giving the marketing team much more flexibility and control over content and commerce. On the backend, we implemented a custom authentication flow with plugin-based access, integrated Stripe for payments with advanced tax handling, and migrated the full set of user data, including license keys, without any disruption to existing customers. This was a full-scale rebuild to set Lunacy Audio up for long-term growth and experimentation. The result reflects where modern content-driven eCommerce is heading: composable, scalable, and built to adapt fast. ❤️🔥 Thank you everyone who've helped pushed this across the finish line 🏁
